Here we cover everything from your personal tastes, the size and style of the property, brainstorm ideas together and of course your budget.

Using photos of your property, we create individual mood boards for each room. Here you can really start to envisage what the final product will look like. Once the style is agreed, we then provide you with a shopping and depending on the size of the project, a procurement list.

This is were all our ideas and hard work starts to really take shape. Once the decorating is complete I/we will fully stage and dress the property ready for the photos. The staging can cover everything from the installation of furniture to placing those all important hand picked pieces that really finish off the design.

This is arguably the most important stage especially if this project is an investment property. The photos we take here are the ones that get used for your listings and are the first impression of your property. It’s what your potential guests see online and ultimately makes them want to click through and ultimately make a booking. This part cannot be overlooked by any investor / business.
